Explosion-proof axial fans are designed for operation under explosive conditions (conveying clean or polluted air containing gas, water vapor or mist mixtures) – equipment group II, category 2.
All fans are directly driven by an electric motor shaft.The explosion-proof ducted fans meet the requirements of the EU ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU ( formerly: ATEX 94/9/EC ) for equipment for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. (II 2G EEx e II T3 or T4).
Available fan diameters: from 315mm to 560mm.
Capacity: from 2530m3/h to 12900m3/h.
Motor powers: from 0.12kW to 2.2kW.
Operating temperature: from -20 to +40°C.
Airflow direction: A (motor – impeller) or B (impeller – motor).
The fan uses a modular impeller made of antistatic polyamide blades and a silumin hub.
Motor – IP 56, insulation class F, ATEX, reinforced version “e”, asynchronous, suitable for continuous operation (S-1) in hazardous areas. The motors are not suitable for speed control. All models are available in three-phase version only.
